Joe Beatrice - CEO

For the past twenty years, Joe Beatrice has consistently been a leader in developing new approaches to marketing communications. Throughout his career, Joe has worked to create customer-centric web-based solutions that deliver measurable success. Joe has pioneered the use of technology in new and innovative ways to build Internet solutions that unite this complex relationship.

Under Joe's leadership, Blue Dingo built the Tremor online social network for Procter & Gamble which is regarded as the best practice model for advocacy and viral marketing. He also created a user-centric online environment that connected Volvo to a new target audience. Blue Dingo also developed a strategy that allowed Gerber Baby Foods to provide personalized content to meet the different needs of new mothers.

The evolution of Blue Dingo, now in its thirteenth year of consecutive profitable growth, reflects Joe's relentless pursuit of the most effective solutions for his clients. Joe has worked with many clients' high-profile brands during his career, including Procter & Gamble, Century 21 Real Estate, Volvo Cars North America, Colgate-Palmolive, Gerber Products Company, Jose Cuervo Tequilas, A&E Television Networks, Kraft General Foods, MCI, and General Motors.

Joe lives in Rye, New York, with his wife and three daughters.

Melissa Cole Smith - Managing Director

As Managing Director, Melissa brings 9 years of experience in marketing and technology to Blue Dingo. She has worked in developing and delivering forward-thinking solutions for a wide range of clients in many industries. Melissa has worked virtually in every role possible; from strategy, to project management to design and technology. She possesses an intense drive and vision to deliver the best solutions for her clients and seamlessly combines her creativity with a highly disciplined project delivery perspective.

Melissa has planned, developed and managed projects from global multi-lingual portals, to providing high-profile applications for financial services companies, such as Fidelity Investments, AIG, AT & T, and LG Electronics. Because there are 24 hours in a day, Melissa finds the time to be an active partner in a new independent film production company, Zeroism Productions, supporting and promoting digital technologies in film production.

Melissa holds a BA from Hofstra University and currently resides in New York, NY with her husband, and daughter.

Michael Wynne - Director of Online Media

Michael joins Blue Dingo with six years of online advertising operations and media buying experience. Having worked for major advertisers such as Ogilvy & Mather and Universal McCann Interactive, he has experience in managing and maximizing ROI for interactive marketing campaigns. Past clients include IBM, Wendy's, and Johnson & Johnson.

Michael holds a BA from The College of William and Mary and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.  

Meade Rubenstein - Director of Technology

Meade Rubenstein has been involved in Information Technology since 1985 working in various capacities including QA, Application Development, Team Lead, System Architect and Director of Technologies.

He has worked for medium sized and major corporations including AT&T, SeaLand and Cendant. Meade has in-depth knowledge of system design as well as project management. The projects that he has directly managed include multi-year, multi-group business critical systems as well as local government related projects. In managing technology groups, Meade has always focused on delivering high quality, valuable functionality. This has ensured successful delivery or projects and great value to the business partners and users.

Prior to Blue Dingo, Meade managed a multi-location development staff of fifty, including QA, Analysts, Developers, Team and Project Leads. In this position he was responsible for team development and multiple business critical projects. Along with working closely with various business units and end users, Meade also directly interacted with CEO's and Brand Presidents, providing status updates as well as technology and budget planning.

Meade holds a BS in Computer Science from California State University at Hayward.

Paul Fichera - Director of Finance

Paul Fichera, CPA, Director of Finance, has over twenty years of financial management experience, beginning with five years of Public Accounting at BDO Seidman before moving into private industry. His specialization over the last fourteen years has been financial planning, reporting and system integration at service companies, including the last eight years in technology consulting.

Prior to joining Blue Dingo, Paul was a key member of the Agency.com management team which led the company through a successful IPO during a period of intense hypergrowth.

Under Paul’s steady hand Blue Dingo weathered the industry downturn and is now strongly poised for the future.
